This is our sales contract. We reserve the right to reclaim a sold horse if we feel the horse has been neglected, and/or
if the buyer has left the game. If you, the buyer, want to have a vet visit the horse before you buy it, you are entitled
to do so. Just let us know.

1. Horse may not be aged, or have any information changed about him/her without consent from Verona Stables.
2. If buyer decides to sell said horse, Verona Stables has the right to get the horse back for the same price as when it was sold.
3. If buyer leaves Riata, Verona Stables has the right to reclaim the horse.
4. Said horse must be given proper care, such as vet, farrier etc or it will be considered neglect and Verona Stables has the right to claim the horse back.
5. If said horse is bred, Verona Stables would like to be notified so we can add it to our files.
6. Said horse must have boarding/room taken care of before buyer can get the horse in their possession.
7. Any violation of these clauses will cause this contract to be invalid and no sale will be arranged or nilled.
This will give Verona Stables the right to claim the horse back without any refund to buyer.

This is our breeding contract.
We reserve the right to decline a breeding request if we feel that the mare in question does not do our stallion justice, or
if we feel the mare owner has not taken care or will not take care of the mare good enough. We also always request to see
a vet certificate to see that the mare is fit for breeding.

Today the [MM/DD] of [YYYY], I, ________ of ________ have agreed with LilyS of Verona Stables, to breed my mare ___________ with Verona Stables' stallion _________.
Verona Stables offer live cover of mares only, and only supervised, as we care a great deal for our stallions, as well as our clients/customer's mares.
I understand that I am responsible for the health and wellbeing of said mare and Verona Stables is in no way eligible to care for said mare during the pregnancy.
If said stallion is not able to perform requested duties, a full refund will be issued.
Verona Stables is proud of its stallions, and has a live foal guarantee. If for some reason the foal is not alive after birth, or if it is aborted, said mare's owner will get one (1) free breeding to said stallion and said mare as a compensation next season.
When and if I, _________, decides to sell the foal sired by said stallion, Verona Stables has a first right to buy it.
If said the foal is neglected, Verona Stables has a right to reclaim the foal, and also has the same right if mare's owner leaves Riata.
If foal is decided to be speed aged, Verona Stables must be notified, and has a right to deny the request to speed aging.
A booking fee is always requested, and the full breeding fee of ________ is due when the actual breeding has taken place.
